Welcome to Camino. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Camino application, website, and related services.

1. Eligibility & Account
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

Camino uses AI for coaching and goal-tracking. You understand that:
- AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
- AI suggestions are not professional advice (medical, financial, legal)
- You should not rely solely on AI for important life decisions
- AI features may be updated or discontinued at any time
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Camino and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
